Oh wow this is for real! Yeah, they totally stole our ideas. And also, changing how the Animal Crossing track looks between four different appearances (corresponding to the four seasons) was a response to texture hackers. It is no coincidence, it seems, that the only MK8 texture hack in existence at that time, Mr. Bean's remake of Thwomp Ruins, also happens to involve a change of season, in which the track takes on a wintry appearance. | |

or better yet an offline cheat mode after completing the game. you can enter a code on the title screen that can be activated to play around, item controll, infinite speed and free fly. that would work for me

Well, I just tried it for the first time (yeah, I'm slow to the party) and it is very, very hard not to fall off on certain courses (Ex. Rainbow Road). Other courses, I don't have much issue (Ex. Moo Moo Medows) | |
