We're about a week away from the subscription undergoing a massive update.  After this, you should be able to see the subscription updated a lot more frequently.  I'll post my questions about certain codes here.

How do any of the following codes work?

"Item Speed Codes!

Change the end number for stopped, slower or faster speeds!

Green Shell Speed

020f6140 000084cc

Blue Shell Speed

220fca74 0000000e

Red Shell Speed

220f5a00 0000000e

Bullet bill speed  (limited to 300cc) aka 34 max

220907d4 00000034"

about time lol.

there speed code for the items. you change the end number value to change the speed

(000084cc 0000000e 00000034)  the first number (green shell)  is a non asm code

the other 3 are asm codes so E actually equalls 0000e000  (the actuall code in 32 bit look like this e3a00A0e.   A equals 1000  when a value is present next to it the A add the value of 0E equals to e000.

if you change the A to a B  you get 400 (with the value of 01)

1. 40000000

2. 10000000

3. 4000000

4. 1000000

5. 400000

6. 100000

7. 40000

8. 10000

9. 4000

a. 1000

b. 400

c. 100

d. 40

e. 10

f . 4

0.  1

That's... a lot to take in at once, lol.  My problem is that using a speed code (or at least the premade Green Shell Speed code) on either my 3DS or DS seems to do nothing.

Seems like Yoshi Team believes that changing the last four digits from 0000 to FFFF makes it faster, but how does the green shell code fit into all that?  I noticed that it does begin with 020, while the rest begin with 220.

the green shell code is simper thats why i said its a non asm type.

just increasing the number 000084cc to 00010000  will make it faster.   anather words theirs nothing hard to understand about this code.   you just simply increase or decrease the number for faster or slower speeds  or set it to 0 for stop.

btw green shell code is set to its default speed.  you have to change it.

We are going to host it here, but seriously, you just made it even more difficult to understand.  Are you saying that FFFFFFFF is the fastest?  Also, could I please ask you to rephrase this paragraph:

"the other 3 are asm codes so E actually equalls 0000e000  (the actuall code in 32 bit look like this e3a00A0e.   A equals 1000  when a value is present next to it the A add the value of 0E equals to e000."

This would be SO much easier if we could just go into the chat room about this, lol.

gosh i dont know how mush simpler i can explain this lol. i guess ive become to nerdy to be simple XD

ok

ill make it simpler (i hope)

first of all FFFFFFFF is a reverse funtion  so your at 00000000  if you go back 1  its will be FFFFFFFF.  so the fastesty value is actually EFFFFFFF for codes that are conpadable with the reverse funtion (not all codes respond to this)

but ignore this for now.

the 32 bit sentace was just an example its not important so ignor that too.

now  restart your brain.exe and open a fresh text document in your head :P

green shell code values chart.

EFFFFFFF (light speed)

00020000 (fastest speed with out faling off course)

0001a000 (increased to 600cc speed)

000084cc (default)

00003000 (slow)

00000000 (stop)

other speed codes chart  (with A =1000) A01

0000000ff   (speed of light) ff0000

00000001a (increased 600cc) 1a000

00000000d  (defaut speed) d000

000000004  (slow) 4000

000000000 (stop)

bullet bill speed code chart  (B=400) B01

000000034 (300cc max) d000

00000002c (default) a800

000000010 (slow) 4000

000000000 (stop)

make sence now?

Dave, I think you've made a mistake. The fastest value for 32 Bits codes is 7FFFFFFF not EFFFFFFF because that value should be reverse the codes that can be used with the reverse function. And what is the reverse value for red shells speed modifier, please?

Well, Dave, what do you say about 7FFFFFFF?

It looks like we are getting nowhere fast on this subscription if we cannot agree on how that code works....

I am going to upload the subscription changes at bits at a time.  When I have got it completely updated with the codes from the "MKDS Premium AR Codes" and "User Submited MKDS Codes" sections, I will let you guys know.  You should see the first update within a few hours.
